Duties include demand forecasting planning, assessing, advising, monitoring, and resolving problems involving inventory/storage management. Performs employee performance reviews, appraisal/disciplinary counseling, and daily verification of timecards. Administers and documents training on manufactured resource-planning (MRP) database requirements. Enforces safe and compliant working environment, in addition to validating reports and requisition requests, compiling material inventory records, preparing requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies, and verification of tools, parts, and proper HAZMAT materials are ordered. Promotes and adheres to all company policies concerning safety and EEO. Flight Crew Chief - Oversaw the airworthiness and crew coordination on naval fleet logistics airlift missions, onboard Navy 737 aircraft. Assisted pilots in executing normal, abnormal, and emergency in-flight procedures and managed flight crew personnel in transporting supplies, equipment, and passengers.
