Resposibilities:Evaluate, edit and rip files from Mac operators and clients for final output to printing plate for press. Impose/layout files using Kodak Preps software according to specs needed for print on offset web presses, digital printers, mailing and bindery operations. Output files through Prinergy Evo workflow. Service, maintain, and operate Epson wide format ink jet printer. Maintain color calibration of wide format ink jet for contract color match proofs for press. Image and process printing plates for press. Evaluate and preflight Adobe InDesign files prior to handing off to prepress programmers for setting up data to print on variable data digital printers. Work closely with clients, sales staff, mac operators, and all department heads to ensure that both the companies' and clients needs and expectations are met.

Responsibilities:MailQuip equipment operator. Sortation, labeling, palletize and overall preparation of mail per U. S. Postal Service regulations for delivery to U. S. Post Office or drop ship preparation for cargo shipment. Loading and unloading of box truck, using forklift and/or by hand. Bindery helper where needed ie :saddle stitcher, shrink wrapper, hand work etc. Deliver finished product to clients per company box van per contractual agreement

Position: Direct Mailing Operations: 2007 – 2009Responsibilities:Lead Videojet operator. Oversee and direct operations of Mailing Department when supervisor is absent. Service, maintain, and operate Print-Pro software and Videojet with Cheshire 7000 base, including tabbing and stamping operations using Videojet Cheshire TLS Tabber. Sortation, labeling, palletize and overall preparation of mail per U. S. Postal Service regulations for delivery to U. S. Post Office or drop ship preparation for cargo shipment. Position: Senior Output Operator: 2001 – 2007Responsibilities: Evaluate, set trapping, and edit ripped files prior to proof output and final output to printing plate for press. Service, maintain, and operate several large format ink jet printers including Cannon, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Tekgraf, and Roland brands. Accurately output contract color proofs, as well as Dylux (Blue line) proofs on wide format inkjet printers for client approval. Maintain color calibration of wide format printers to Heidelberg six and twelve color sheet-fed printing presses. Impose files using Kodak Preps software for two, six, and twelve color sheet-fed printing presses, bindery, including folding and binding both saddle stitch and perfect bound products, letterpress (die-cutting, foiling and embossing). Direct mailing, including Videojet and Docutech, and all pressroom procedures. Train and oversee new output personnel in software and hardware procedures. Work closely with sales staff to ensure clients needs and expectations were met.
