Responsible for design and implementation of the centralized management operating model including all systems/work flow processes, tech platform integration, FM sales and cross selling training, P/L responsibilities, marketing, sales/business development for our combined service offerings via cross selling of our internal brands. Lead all strategic relationships with "C" suite customer staff as well as Private Equity partners, Vendor partners and Strategic Industry partners. Also responsible for beating our plan, growing our business rapidly by transforming our customer's experience and developing high performing, highly engaged and diverse teams.

Co-Founder, Directly responsible for all internal and external operations, new business development, design and development of internal and external processes and procedures, training of internal and external staff, architect of proprietary Facility Management software platform.Also responsible for developing strategic plans and setting business objectives for the various divisions within the organization.
