In the absence of the center manager, the ACM will have ultimate responsibility of entire center operations, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR and IT. In most centers, the Assistant Manager will have primary responsibility for daily center operations.ACM will be a main management support to CSL Plasma services center managerACM will ensure ongoing improvements and act as liaison with all corporate functions to ensure center compliance and performance

Under general supervision, responsible for evaluating donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures.Provides limited emergency medical care to donors and staff including administering medication or treatments in accordance with licensure or certification.Interviews donors and performs medical history reviews to obtain necessary information to determine suitability to donate plasma.In conjunction with the Center Medical Director, responds to medically related questions and provides information to staff on donor suitability.Reviews test results and determines continued donor suitability; assesses donor symptoms that may result in the inability to continue donating.Notifies and counsels donors regarding reactive test results; refers donors to community facilities for follow-up and counseling.Provides routine care following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); escalates critical medical situations to Center Physician or local medical service providers as required.

Plan and oversee all aspects and phases of emergency management and emergency preparedness; develop, coordinate and support emergency management exercises and drills; manage volunteers, including annual retraining requirements. Coordinate annual updates to the Township’s comprehensive emergency plan; draft policies and procedures and update plans and standard operating guidelines for the emergency operations center. Respond to emergency events within the Township that involve emergency operations; perform duties within the emergency operations center as needed; oversee and coordinate documentation of activities, expense and reimbursement activities during the recovery phase of any emergency.
