I am responsible for Managing our world class underwriting team. Our team works constantly to Develop Underwriting Models, and improve process efficiency. We are developing a team built on Servant Leadership to improve the quality of our team, and the quality of their life. I coordinate these efforts with other McNeil & Company's departments to further support these goals. Our underwriting group has 90+ associates, in 5 states, representing 11 programs that all work daily to achieve these goals with a network of over 1300 brokers across the country.
