Staff Accountant II, Statutory Reporting/Account Manager •Prepare activity reports and additional reports associated with the rolls forward process.•Work with annuity product areas to prepare sales reporting information to forward to external industry trade groups, such as VARDS.•Partner with operations and other finance functions to resolve sales reporting, suspense, intercompany, and other balance sheet account reconciliation issues.•On an as needed basis, compile and review various management explanations, and other balance sheet analysis reports.•Maintain and build relationships with internal and external customers through effective communication, timely service and support of customer needs. •Maintain an ongoing relationship with agents, third party administrators (TPAs), and employers.•Continually find solutions for complicated problems intra- and inter-departmentally.•Ensure plans are maintained within ERSA guidelines guaranteeing retirement plan compliance.•Provide and analyze complex reports and schedules for agents and employers.•Daily multi-task management and response to multiple emails and phone calls.•Demonstrate commitment and the ability to perform as a team player within the organization.
