Healthcare is not just a profession it’s a passion to improve the lives of others. Each time I support the end-user I know somewhere I am making healthcare better for someone I will never meet. Sometimes you need to imagine if it was your parents/wife/child receiving care wouldn’t you want them to receive the best treatment? As an 11-year veteran of working in Healthcare Information Technology across NSW Public Health each day I drive to provide innovation & support an ever-growing, diverse industry of professionals. As a data-driven individual, I am constantly on the lookout for opportunities that can provide an edge or optimisation where minutes can mean everything. I love to analyse the customer's problem, examine it from many angles and produce innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes. I have worked in various streams of Health Information Technology. This includes providing end-user support & training, coaching staff through the change management process, data analytics, business analysis & redesign and software & hardware support. This diverse knowledge and experience I have gained over the last 11 years has given me an in-depth comprehension of how the NSW Health Care system functions and areas for improvement.
