Responsible for the service and repairs of a busy fleet of HGV's including periodic inspection and MOT preparation.

• Successfully managing, mentoring and supervising junior technicians and other trades both in the UK and indirect support to current Operations in harsh, isolated environments and under extreme pressure.• Work in conjunction with external agencies to maintain equipments, tools, source/order spares and coordinate external repairs.• Deployed on numerous pre deployment exercises as a section commander of 12 soldiers under extreme pressure, deprived from sleep in difficult terrains and conditions• Inspecting, diagnosing, repairing and management of mission critical equipments both within the workshop and on site.• Accountable for workshop production, planning, processes as well as auditing processes for inspections within other departments.• Work in conjunction with external agencies to maintain equipments, tools, source/order spares and coordinate external repairs.
