Joint Doctrine Consultant, National Guard Bureau
Current• Demonstrated expert knowledge and demonstrated knowledge of joint, Department of Defense (DOD), and combatant command operations and requirements related to joint doctrine development.• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the Armed Forces of the United States, National Guard Bureau, Services, Army National Guard, Air National Guard, Joint Task Force organizations (Title 10 and Title 32) during the full range of military operations, to include: joint, allied, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), combatant command, combat support agencies, interagency and National Guard operations, roles, requirements and domestic operations capabilities.• Expert knowledge and demonstrated ability to operate the Joint Doctrine, Education, and Training Electronic Information System (JDEIS), and the Joint Doctrine Development Tool (JDDT).• Expert knowledge and demonstrated ability of the NGB staffing process and staffing system, Joint Action Staffing and Management System (JASMS) on both the classified and non-classified systems. Manages and tracks all division and branch-related JASMS actions.• Manages and tracks all branch-related doctrine and review joint staff directed reviews on current joint doctrine publications. Reviews and maintains existing publications statuses; developed and maintain s the task status database. Identified as the National Guard Bureau’s subject matter expert for joint doctrine matters.• Recognized as the National Guard Bureau Action Officer of the Quarter, Oct 2014. First and only time this was awarded to a contractor.
