• Air Staff designated Maritime Homeland Defense (MHLD) expert, responsible for the collection, consolidation and adjudication of HAF comments on the proposed USNORTHCOM MHLD Capabilities-Based Assessment and revisions to the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff MHLD Execute Order (EXORD) for potential impacts to the Air Force and its Title 10 responsibilities to organize, train and equip forces for combatant commanders. • Participated as a homeland defense, subject matter expert on USNORTHCOM’s Homeland Defense and Civil Support Capabilities-Based Assessment (HD & CS CBA). Solicited, consolidated, and adjudicated HAF comments and submitted them to the Joint Staff for consolidation into the document.• Recognized Air Staff expert on the Commission on the National Guard and Reserves (CNGR) Report – analyzed its potential impact to Air Force (Total Force (Active, Reserve and Guard)) operations in the Homeland. Briefed executive-level Air Force and Senior Executive Service (SES) personal on those impacts in preparation for Deputies Advisory Working Group (DAWG).• Participated as a contributing Air Staff team member in the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Capabilities-Based Assessment, IAMD Roadmap, and IAMD CONOPS development. Participated as a homeland defense, subject matter expert in the IAMD Capabilities-Based Assessment.
