Tasked with protecting the profitability of the company with regards to returned items and damaged/faulty products whilst always ensuring outstanding levels of service.Day to day role includes: Responding to emails and calls from customers to arrange return of items and the order of replacements. Liaising with suppliers in line with our service agreements.Working to achieve a cost effective and satisfactory resolution for the customer.Arranging delivery and collection of items in line with supplier agreements and meeting deadlines for clients.Supervising the Warehouse Operative who processes the initial receipt of returned goods.Filing claims with courier companies for lost or damaged parcels.Analysing the reasons for returns and producing reports for ManagementUsing this data to work with the warehouse manager to ensure all goods are packed to a high standard to prevent damage in transit.
