"There is only one side...and we're all on it". Bob holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from McGill and an MBA from University of Alberta. Bob had the unique privilege of spending his formative years doing community development work in an isolated First Nations community under the guidance of the local elders. He has spent much of his consulting career at the interfaces among indigenous organizations, governments and industry, with a particular focus on development of cross-cultural and multi-sectoral initiatives. Bob joined the Alberta Practice of WMC in 1986, where he served two terms as National Director. Bob left WMC in 2017 to focus on social enterprise through Robert Barrett Consulting Inc. (robertbarrettconsulting.com) and volunteer work in the not-for-profit sector.
