Key Accomplishments:• Achieved savings & operational improvements in SIP services for national portfolio through a compete to win mindset by applying new technology implementations, performance-based agreements & targeted complex negotiations. (Total of $131M in annual OPEX cost reduction/avoidance)• Led development team that created new supplier performance metrics tool. Gained alignment for standardized use of tool for decision making across North American Stakeholder. This innovation empowered commercial and business leadership teams to make data-driven decisions and is actively used for evaluating vendor competitiveness, expenditure, and productivity for SIP labor. Developed roadmap for global expansion plans and use of tool/methodology.
