Skilled in regulatory issues, advocacy for children’s and families, published in the Journal of Child Welfare on Outcome Measurement and the organizational processes needed to create successful results we are ready to help. We recently help one provider secure a contract with the State of Delaware, improve their service model with a greater emphasis on family and community engagement and viewing the clinical services to include all members of the organizations staff as full partners with children and families.Our company President helped an organization create one of the first Outcome Reports that contained data on the impact of children’s services reporting internal measures of behavioral change and a 3 year longitudinal study on the sustained positive impact of those services for most of the clients leaving the treatment program. This report was used to successfully negotiate rate increases that sustained their services. Show less
