First and foremost, I believe that the essential aspect of any therapeutic encounter is the quality of the relationship between therapist and client. I have a deep committment to maintaining an open, trusting, and mutual relationship with anyone who seeks my help. I will do everything I am able to assure this remains true, from introduction to conclusion. My clinical style is conversational and egalitarian. My practice perspective is grounded in Analytical Psychology, the theories and practices developed by Carl G. Jung (1875-1961), a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. It is also informed by my training and experience in Object Relations theory, Ego Psychology, and Self Psychology, which are associated psychoanalytic perspectives and can compliment a Jungian approach.
