As a Manager of Rater Services at Cogstate, I oversee and support the delivery of rater training services in assigned clinical trials, ensuring quality and consistency across global clinical interviews, scale management, content creation, and reporting. I have been working in this role for over two years, leveraging my extensive knowledge and experience in clinical trial, fMRI, and academic research fields.I am passionate about how researchers utilize technology to capture their study data and present their findings clearly and concisely. I am proficient in cloud platforms, EDCs, eCOAs, eLAs, and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel. I also hold a bachelor's degree in psychology and 30 hours towards a master's degree in social work, which inform my understanding of the human behavior and mental health aspects of the research.
