The mission of Transformational Liaisons (TRL) LLC is to help ensure success on behalf of clients such as universities, companies, and government research entities in taking on some of the most daunting R&D challenges of our time. TRL works as a catalyst on behalf of clients to overcome the underlying barriers to success for different research challenges by leveraging internal expertise, contacts and infrastructure across multiple government agencies and labs across widely different R&D disciplines. The goal is to provide a synergistic synthesis between historically isolated academic disciplines, departments, conferences, and journals leading to successful multidisciplinary research proposals and project outcomes.
