CurrentAssisting in achieving full compliance with medical equipment management programs. Executing and understanding all department standard operating procedures. Support quality control efforts to align both revenue and expense activities. Lead process improvement initiatives as defined by internal and external needs. Assisting in reporting metrics and data retrieval and analysis for various customer business reviews. Work cross-functionally between various departments on small to mid-scale projects. Support customer onboarding project plans, train end users and design client process as needed. Retrieving, reviewing and processing documentation from internal/external customers to ensure contractual accuracy and completion.
