I have a varied and rich set of skills that have allowed me to work with a few highly skilled professionals in improving their health and fitness, level, optimizing their time by getting them organized, making suggestions to reduce stress and strategize with them on their personal and professional goals. Upon receiving my MBA from NYU Stern, I has a successful career as an EM bond trader working myself up to head trader and managed a trading desk. I then wanted to reduce stress and pacs so I went back t0 NYU Stern and did career counseling full time. Concurrent to my career path, fitness and wellness were always a passion of mine. I worked out since I was 16, ran 8 NYC Marathons (breaking 3 hours), and competed in bodybuilding, ( winning masters and amateur heavyweight).It was at this point that I realized my passion of being an all around coach to highly successful , Type A people. The most gratifying client was a doctor who was head of his department, needed to improve his physical condition and reduce stress bit was never able to maintain consistent progress. This person was also a professional arthlete, an interior designer, an accomplished artist and chef. I trained him every day for 3 years. I had to constantly assess what mind set he was in, how to motivate and keep h interested. I was able to talk to him about his patients, his boss, his goals and his stress levels while keeping his diet in check and healthy. I loved the challenge and was able to get him in much better physical condition and more clear on any personal or professional goals he was developing. It was intense, fun, challenging and rewarding. It also takes up an enormous amount of time and mental acuity. I’m currently looking to add one more client to my schedule. I’m looking for a good personality fit where we can build the same level of mutual respect, common values and opinions which allowed me to be so effective with my other clients. I am socially liberal, care about the common good of all people. It will all start with a general introduction and informal conversation. Thank you for reading.
