- Responsible for interviewing qualified candidates for technical, administrator, and leadership positions, hiring employees, creating and developing training programs, developing leaders within the company, and separating from individuals who are unable to meet the goals and expectations set by the company.- Oversee Commercial and Residential installation and service of video, internet, phone, and wireless in the Prattville, Selma, Montgomery area.- Meet, maintain, and exceed performance goals and expectations for the area consisting of 50-80 technicians annually. - Maintain service and functionality of up to 80 fleet vehicles. - Attend weekly meetings with business partners to ensure goals and expectations are met.- Ensure customer escalations are resolved in a timely manner to the customer’s fullest satisfaction.- Ensure all work completed meets the Quality Control Standard. - Create weekly schedules for all employees.- Create, read, and study excel reports displaying previous and real time data to identify trends in performance as well as show metrics and functionality of the current operation. - Communicate and train the work force as the industry evolves.

- Oversaw Commercial and Residential installation and service of video, internet, phone, and wireless in the Prattville, Selma, Montgomery area. - Ensure my team of 12-15 technicians met all installation, service, on-time guarantee, customer satisfaction and quality control goals and expectations month over month.- Responsible for creating/training self-sufficiency among all field technicians.- Investigate all damage claims to determine if the company is at fault, inform the customer, and follow-up with customer once the repairs are complete to ensure satisfaction.- Maintained an open line of communication with all team members to discuss problems, issues, or any topics relative to daily activities and/ or business.
