My commencement at Newco was to expand my knowledge and responsibility within the construction and roadside services sector. Whilst at Newco I took the lead at majority of sites and worked within teams that were no greater than 15. Within these teams I managed these through the set-up and dismantle of the traffic management plan whilst also managing the ongoing coordination during the works.
