- Managing / organizing new model projects in plastics- Managing associates- Managing departmental 5s system- Customer contact (new model development, design changes, customer service, etc)- Develop and submit Engineering quotes in regards to customer RFQs- Design change quote submission and development- Efficiently installing molds into plastic injection molding machines- Develop a new process for plastic products using critical thinking skills and knowledge of plastic polymers- Some maintenance abilities mostly involving injection molding machines- Constructing end of arm robotics for automated part removal from plastic molds- Yushin robot programming for automated part de-molding- Creating documents using Microsoft Excel for better organization and documentation of internal records
