At Pinnacle Marketing I assisted in potential client site surveys to add input into thefeasibility of installing communications equipment, cable infrastructure, and voice anddata cable. I removed or upgraded inefficient cable platforms as directed. I haveinstalled two and four post data racks, as well as floor or wall mounted securitycabinets, ladder racking for overhead wire routing. I install and maintain and preformedservice calls on Avaya, Lucent and AT&T equipment. I also do ads, moves and changes forcustomers. When I was not in the field installing or doing service work I maintained asmall warehouse. As A Technician for Techpower, I was dispatched to work on Avaya, Lucent, and AT&Tequipment. Installing, moving and changing phone equipment, extending telephone closetterminations to the end users facility. Programming changes to the customer's currentneeds. Our focus at Techpower was to avail our services to other interconnect company'swho lacked the manpower or expertise to complete a communications project.

My primary duty at PSQ had been to see to the construction needs at Gillette SpecialtyHealth Care. Moving entire departments to temporary or remodeled areas on the Gillettecampus, while they were under construction then moving them back. Installing the cable intheir Apple Valley and Eden Prairie clinics, their wheelchair /warehouse facility inRoseville, and their two administration facilities in St. Paul. This required theupgrading of distribution cable new phone closets, data cables and physical movements ofvoice equipment.
