Synthetic Inorganic Chemistry and Molecular Magnetism as senior member of the Langley Group.

This role includes the functions of undergraduate lab demonstrator, research lab supervisor, summer project instigator and supervisor alongside tutorial session lead, workshop session facilitator and cover lecturer. Teaching is spread across multiple fields, primarily inorganic, medicinal and physical chemistry as well as statistics modules (multivariate analysis) and engagement events. Alongside this an active role is undertaken in assessment - marking and providing feedback on both presentations and coursework as a part of practical units and research projects respectively.Sessions are lead for-Undergraduate Chemistry: First Year through to Fourth Year.Distance Learning Chemical Sciences: First Year through to Third Year.Foundation Year Courses for combined Science and Engineering and Healthcare Science cohorts.Summer Project Students-Alex Wilcock (2018 - under Dr S. Over 200 hours of logged volunteering work in sport for the academic years 2014-15 and 2015-16. This involved running classes on and around campus and at local colleges with feeder links to the university. Sessions were also lead at clubs across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire under the auspices of Sport Manchester.

Tutoring sessions to first and second year chemistry students in support of the core chemistry unit specifications. Primary role was in the facilitation of learning, directly supporting the academic lead workshop, tutorial and lecture based syllabus.Sessions encompassed the four major areas of Chemistry taught on the University of Manchester syllabus - Inorganic, Organic, Physical and Computational Chemistry.
