  • Pristine + Co.
    Project Manager
    Pristine + Co. Jan 2022 - May 2022
As part of the Campaigns capstone class for my undergrad degree, I had the opportunity to collaborate with a real company, Hormel Foods, to develop three distinct campaigns aligned with their marketing goals. In this class, we were assigned to agency teams and tasked with creating comprehensive campaigns based on the client's objectives. Our team established ourselves as Pristine + CO, and I assumed the role of Project Manager. The class commenced with a Trade Show, where our agency team had the opportunity to showcase our capabilities and establish connections with the marketing team from Hormel Foods. Following the Trade Show, we embarked on three distinct campaigns, each with its own challenges and objectives. Over the course of the semester, we developed and executed strategic plans, creating promotional materials that met the needs of Hormel Foods. The first challenge involved developing a 6-12 month campaign utilizing the Planters Nutmobile. Our campaign took the iconic vehicle to state parks, festivals, and events like the Super Bowl, generating brand exposure and engagement. For the second challenge, we focused on internal marketing, emphasizing ESG efforts and highlighting Hormel Foods' commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. The final challenge centered around transforming the Spam Museum into a must-visit destination for travelers. Our creative strategy involved bringing back the beloved mascot, Sir Can-A-Lot, and leveraging social media content that we created with the character. We utilized Photoshop to "spamify" well-known art pieces by incorporating Spam or Sir Can-A-Lot, creating unique content that would generate awareness. The modified art pieces were intended to be displayed in high-traffic areas across the Midwest and beyond, capturing the attention of potential visitors.Throughout each campaign, we meticulously crafted schedules, realistic budgets, and numerous examples of the materials proposed.
