Hello,My extensive background in both public works and private sector property management, coupled with professional expertise in maintenance and construction, has equipped me with a proven track record in project management. In my current position, I oversee enhancement initiatives spanning five city-owned service centers and downtown facilities. Collaborating closely with more than 20 City of Phoenix departments, I work under the Property Manager to ensure the safety, compliance, and functionality of all facilities through improvement projects, repairs, and routine maintenance. My daily responsibilities involve facilitating communication between Property Management, stakeholders, and tenants, fostering a high level of engagement. Additionally, I develop project blueprints, define scopes of work, create project schedules, and devise maintenance strategies in alignment with business plans for property managers, deputy directors, and assistant directors. I manage operational budgets and consistently advocate and secure additional project funding, including the recent 2024 Service Center Improvement fund.Apart from my professional background, I also serve as a volunteer leader within the Boy Scouts of America. Specifically, I hold the position of Cub Master for Pack 603. In this capacity, I take charge of planning, budgeting, and engaging with over 50 families.
