Business Controls and Supervision - Responsibilities included Internal and External audit coordination and issue follow-up, Operational Risk reporting, and oversight of the Manager's Control Assessment (MCA), Citi's self-assessment program.Accomplishments included creation of a Markets control dashboard that reduced costs, improved productivity and addressed Conduct Risk concerns; implementation of an audit issue tracking database that significantly reduced the number of outstanding and past due issues.Implemented governance processes around Operational Risk Event reporting that resulted in more timely and accurate capture of these events for CCAR reporting.
