• Drive the budgeting and forecasting of revenue, cost and SG&A expense for multiple areas within the business, with a primary focus on, but not limited to corporate overhead expenses• Meet regularly with top management and executive level leadership to review financials and ensure financials align with company targets• Work with business directly with business leaders and other teams on ROI and other ad-hoc analysis projects• Build, manage and maintain multiple, complex financial models• Manage Hyperion Planning / Essbase financial reporting system, directly responsible for interface with the accounting system, data integrity, scripting, account / GL mapping, security, etc• Hands on involvement in the design and implementation of Hyperion Planning / Essbase system for financial planning and reporting• Play a key role in the integration of newly acquired companies, ensuring that financial reporting process is aligned with current company standards

• Monitor and analyze performance for over 80 retail locations, by site and region, emphasizing areas where improvement is necessary to achieve revenue and profitability maximization• Perform detailed analysis of potential retail and/or real-estate growth / cost saving opportunities• Prepare, analyze and report financial information to top management, outside investors and lenders• Manage and forecast company cash flow working closely with outside banking partners

• Key involvement in budgeting and forecasting processes for the Americas (US, Canada, Latin America) TV sales and manufacturing business (+$4 Billion consolidated annual revenues)• Consolidated, analyzed and reported P&L and inventory information• Evaluated profitability of multiple business scenarios, supporting upper management in key decision making• Coordinated with product planning, engineering and sales / marketing teams to maintain accurate unit cost / profit information by model and country

• Collaborated with internal transportation department, finance / legal teams, as well as external billing auditors and shipping companies to resolve issues on a daily basis• Reviewed journal entries of all US supply chain accountants, focusing on SOX 404 compliance• Analyzed freight bills / contracts, focusing on the discovery of issues leading to loss of company revenue
