Chef de Projet responsable du contrat avec le CEA en vue des opérations d’assainissement et démantèlement des réacteurs Célestin et de l’atelier Tritium de Marcoule

Managing about 50 people, I have to make profitable two projects contracted with CEA on Marcoule Site :- STEL projet ;- IZEN project.

Responsible of the Nuclear Safety of two main facilites of Marcoule Site (STEL : Liquid waste treatment facility ; EIP : multi-purpose intermediate storage).Managing about 40 people.

Since the 1st of October 2010, I'm the head of a department called Coordination and Industrial Performance (about 23 collaborators).This department is directly attached to the Production Direction ; the main targets of this new entity is :- develop new methods like : 5S, Visual Management, improving Industrial Performance with Lean-6 Sigma methods ;- develop the Safety Culture in order to show to the Safety Authority our Operationnal Mastery ;- control the production activities.Like I 've already told above : 23 people ; my department is divided in 5 sections : - a secretaries and "staff administration" team ; - a Good Practises Standardization team (5S, "Visual Management", safety and security culture, ... and so on ...) ; - a team of three technicians dedicated to Integrated Management System (the 3 international norms (or standards) : ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001) ; - a Laboratory ; - a team of regular/periodical and quality controlers.

I've started the modular "waste bitumized drums" retrieval cell (South sector program in Marcoule) with a team of 8 people !

Methods section covering the vitrification and liquid waste treatment facilities of Marcoule (15 technicians) : sharing and standardizing the method practises between the 2 workshops.

I've managed a production teams : vitrification facility of Marcoule (24 people) ; my mission was to optimize the vitrification of the liquid waste generated by UP1 clearing right before dismantling in order to produce less and less glass canisters.
