• Responsible for online routing through TMS and major retailer websites, as well as publishing ASN’s in a timely manner to avoid customer chargebacks.
• Control reverse logistics process for all accounts and establish plan of action, provide pricing, and coordinate with production team to meet customer goals.
• Provide specific training during account implementation and continued training as customer’s requirements evolve.
