Robert Behar is an award winning registered architect and urban planner with over thirty-five years of architectural design, project management and development experience. His focus encompasses all phases of commercial, educational, governmental, hospitality and residential developments from feasibility studies through construction completion. Mr. Behar’s civic past and present involvement include the City of Miami Urban Design Review Board (2006 - Present), City of Coral Gables Planning and Zoning Board (2006 - Present), and City of Coral Gables Board of Architects (2002 - 2006). Mr. Behar has been registered and performed architectural services in the following states: Florida, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Texas.
