• Accountable for all Human Resource functions throughout the City of Fredericksburg with 657 employees, including employee relations, on-boarding, compensation and benefits

• Strategic planning, both departmentally and organizationally, as a member of the City of Laurinburg’s Management Team
• Accountable for all Human Resource functions throughout the City of Laurinburg with 150 employees
• Responsible for policy formation, development and interpretation of policies and legal procedures (both state and federal) for all employees, including management and supervisors
• Accountable for the City’s risk management, including employee health, workers compensation, property and liability insurances, along with employee wellness
• Coordinate the classification and compensation of the positions throughout the City, as well as developing individual job classifications
• Manage recruitment and selection for staffing of all positions throughout the City
