Attorney
• Handle State, Multi District Litigation and Trust claims in multiple litigation areas including Asbestos (Mesothelioma), Accutane, Transvaginal Mesh, Granuflo, Hip Implant, Fosamax and other pharmaceutical cases• Participate in Plaintiff’s Steering Committee assignments• Respond to discovery and Conduct depositions of parties and fact witnesses• Interview and develop expert witnesses• Handle Medicare, Bankruptcy and Probate matters • Design, implement and manage Settlement Matrix and process• Develop, implement and manage cost effective methodologies and workflow to handle a large volume of cases including database information collection for proper case management • Manage new area of law development including new case research, intake criteria, advertising, intake questionnaire, lead evaluation, medical record retrieval, protocols for litigation support and attorneys, case evaluation and referring counsel agreements• Manage employee talent via hiring, training and supervising contract staff , consisting of 100 (+) attorneys and 50 (+) support staff , to assist with large discovery projects • Develop and implement training materials for contract staff
