2015: Moved accounting office of subsidiary from out of state to corporate home office; 4 service branches in GA with accounting personnel in OK. Worked with corporate AR and AP managers to assimilate new team into standard corporate SOPs. Worked with local, area, and regional managers to provide more detailed financial information for better business decisions. 2016-current: Moved newly acquired accounting office of subsidiary to corporate home office; 11 service / retail / re-manufacturing locations throughout NE. Converted all retail locations to corporate software through a 6 month process. Service and re-manufacturing facilities remain on original software - DST. Three 'full time' team members (AR/AP/GA) remain to complete day to day activities and report to Business Ops weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports. Works directly for Business Ops to provide financial support; local management on sales data and expenses; preparation of forecasts and budget; manage two accounting temps who are responsible for various month-end close processes and AR / AP / Collections clerks. Maintains SOPs for all departments, controls, and runs point on Audit and other questions that may arise. Completed yearly inventory audits of various TruckPro retail locations, as well as ad hoc cycle count audits in GA. Indy close was reduced from 12-15 business days to 2-3 days; primarily through conversion of external systems to local; conversion of various branches to corporate system, and creating and managing departmental SOPs to become more efficient as a team.

Helped with month end close when needed. Prepared monthly reports to CFO and owner for board meetings / investors.Provided recommendations to management on process improvement (AP, AR, and collections) as well as business ops on process control.

Trained staff accountant and senior accountant on close process for YTI. Continued to review financials and provide bridge analysis to CFO in CA, and to corporate in NY. Prepared yearly stand alone financials, and provided all PBC detail to audit firm. Focused on various projects which included unification of billing templates for AR, Fixed Asset assessment with corrections (original software conversion error), and possible transition to budgeting software - Prophix.

Greater Memphis Area

Responsible for various balance sheet accounts including CTI bank reconciliations. Moved from CTI to YTI (Yusen Terminals; Los Angeles - Logistics) and became primary accountant. Responsible for all BS recons as well as monthly, quarterly, and yearly financials, as well as provide YTI PBC list during audit.
