I have 40+ years of experience in the employee benefits field. I joined CGI early 2004 after more than 25 years on the carrier/TPA side of the business and have extensive hands-on-experience in all facets of employee benefits. This experience ranges from underwriting and sales of fully insured and self-funded programs. I also have underwriting management and sales management experience with national and regional insurance companies. Experience includes: The Travelers, The Hartford, UNUM, EBPA, Healthsource and Anthem BCBS. My style is an open consultative approach, leveraging my extensive benefits knowledge and problem solving skills to develop creative and custom benefit solutions. I'm a past member NAHU and the New England Employee Benefits Council and have been active in my community and have participated in many youth and civic organizationsI'm a graduate of Niagara University with an Economics degree and also attended the MBA program at the University of Connecticut.
