I worked as a project manager for the Office Coffee Service (OCS) division focusing on implementing a new software system "OneCup" nationally throughout our 80+ branches. Mainly focused on implementation and training of their new software system while acting as a product owner for the application. Considered the subject matter expert for this application and worked directly with branch managers and staff to help provide a more stable and seamless transition while we implemented.

Business analyst working on order fulfilment for our national canteen vending operations. Focused heavily on data analytics and consumer spending reports in order to design sustainable warehouse fulfilment process. From this process we were able to target exactly how much of each product needed to be picked and delivered to each and every account. Helped reduce warehouse overhead as well as increased the amount of delivery stops a driver could handle. In 2016 I moved into a project manager role for the same company but focusing in the OCS coffee division.
