Deployment Engineers are responsible for supporting the North American Hospital Salesforce through utilization of their technical ability and product knowledge. Help definecustomer and prospective customers’ needs and requirements and demonstrate the ZOLL Suite ofsoftware and hardware products focusing on resuscitation applications and products. Responsible for the installation and configuration of ZOLL’s CodeData Hardware and Software Products in North America. Assist Territory Managers and Strategic Account Managers with demonstrations showing an in-depth RescueNet product knowledge, including, but not limited to, RescueNet CodeNet, CaseReview, DeviceDashboard, 12-Lead, ePCR, Link, ZOLL E/X/R Series Monitor/ Defibrillators. Support the efforts of the Territory Managers in closing sales. Support of the Territory Manager demo equipment to include all software associated with Defibrillator Products. Provide Pre-Sales technical support & implement trials or evaluations as required. Attend trade shows as required to support the sales effort. Assist the Territory Managers with troubleshooting technical issues from their customers.

Implementation Specialists travel to Emergency Services client sites to install the ZOLL RescueNet Suite of applications, train new users and system administrators. After spending a number of years in the industry as a Fire Fighter / Engineer, EMT- Intermediate, 911 and non-emergency Dispatcher, QA Medical Pre-Biller, Supervisor and Safety / Risk Coordinator this assists the client in the installation, administration, operation and integration of ZOLL data applications and ZOLL hardware such as cardiac monitors / defibrillators in many diverse emergency services operations around the United States and Canada. Technical ability with the Microsoft platform, have experience teaching small and large groups, and possesses great customer service and communications skills. Much of this position is having a great ability of working independently with an organization / operation from organization of proper hardware and software required for the applications to on-site immediate trouble shooting of the applications and client hardware / software to the organization / operation taking the products to production. Travel ranges from 75% to 80%.

The AssociateSales Engineer is also responsible for the installation and configuration of ZOLL’s CodeData Hardwareand Software Products in North America.
