Rob is an experienced tax executive with over 20 years experience gained equally in both the US and the UK. He is a UK Chartered Accountant and a New York attorney. He has a detailed knowledge of both the US and UK tax laws as well as a good understanding of the tax laws in many other countries including Brazil, and other Asian and European financial centers.Rob's background is primarily corporate tax, whether federal, state and local or international, but he is a generalist and has had in depth experience in payroll taxes, sales and use taxes, executive compensation, transfer pricing and VAT among others. Rob has built a number of corporate tax departments and is responsible for quarterly reporting and tax compliance as well as tax planning across multiple geographies. Rob is equally experienced in US GAAP and IFRS.Rob's career has also exposed him to many corporate transactions and he has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
