I have been involved in the budgeting, design, creative and inspired B2B and B2C event experiences that impress and engage our attendees, partners and investors. Key Trade Show Events include: CES, NAMM, E3, and CEDIA. I've also managed many other high profile events, and gifting suits at the Grammys, BET Awards, SBSW, Fashion Week and NBA / MLB / NFL Allstar games. Responsibility for all aspects of POP; working with internal and external creative teams, Including the design and functionality of the fixtures and displays for retail, tradeshows, and events.POP Development:Drive and accountability of the development of POP from product ideation through the product end of life. This includes working with the product managers on ideation of new products strategies, development of POP strategies and POP retail rollout and positioning plans. Vendor Selection & Costing:Drive and accountability of managing vendor relationships. Responsible for vendor selection, vendor qualifying and negotiating pricing while working closely with the Sales, Purchasing and Finance departments on budgets and forecast. Additional Key Responsibilities • Marketing Ambassador to MLB (Major League Baseball) working closely with our Social Media Team• Develop relationships with key dealers • Manage relationships with field Rep firms for POP new setups, repairs, maintenance and in-store resets• Work with customer service to answer any POP questions and resolve any POP problems reported in the field• Development and execution of marketing promotions • Create, purchase and maintain stock levels of Premiums and Promotions for the Marketing team• Manage Retail Awards Program

• Maintenance and monitoring of UPS, HVAC, fire protection, security, emergency generator and electrical systems for multiple 24/7 Mission Critical Data Center Operations, including PM’s, load balancing, capacity management, rack assignments, quality standards and overall aesthetics. Managed emergency and non-emergency sub-contractor work, repairs, and assignments. Assist campus facilities with security issues, event set ups and emergency building maintenance repairs.
