As lab manager I am responsible for the well-being of all people who use the laboratory, making sure that all health and safety documentation is in order and that everyone working in the lab has what they need. This involves procurement, maintenance and people management.As Science Coordinator/Senior Scientist I am responsible for the organisation and day to day running of the research team. This includes management of multiple projects and people in addition to reporting, objective setting and safety. I am also responsible grant proposals and external collaborations within the team.
