Sales Manager for the AsiaPac Cross Domain Solutions business group, where I grew the revenue by 80% . I also helped establish formal metrics and reporting functions, identified new sales/market opportunities in the region and helped to develop the CDS marketing collateral.

AS head of the Professional Services organisation in AsiaPac, I managed teams in India, Asia, Japan and Australia/NZ. In conjunction with the other business unit directors, I defined and implemented the strategy for Professional Services in the region, aligning Verizon's global capabilities to the unique regional market characteristics.I grew the PS revenues 250% in 5 years, expanding the team to 150+ consultants across the region.

Direct line management for 30+ consultants, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Security Consultants and Security Engineers. During this time we grew the PS Revenues by 70% and maintained 20+% margins. I worked with the HR & Snr. Management teams to introduce compensation plans for all Professional Services staff.
