I have designed and managed a mid-size startup team as a CTO to develop a complete smart home system (called Chameleon Smart Home) from a reasonable budget and time frame from the scratch. The point of our system is to stay open to all the most recent and standard, long term supported protocols, including Apple Homekit, Google Home and HomeAssistant. We made an exceptionally fast way to install our smart home into apartment buildings (25-1000 apartments in one building) or houses that are affordable to the building developers and the home owners.Our main focus was that we wanted to make smart homes that were available to every person not just the wealthy. So we rethought all existing (expensive) solutions and we invented a very unique, secure new smart home system for the Condominium building market. We targeted a lot of building developers that we found available, to put our structure into new buildings so the final home owner could buy a smart home and be able to use it from day one with smart condo features like car charging booking and access management.We took it to the market in 2017 then we installed our devices into a few apartments and houses. It was a real startup journey from the beginning. We put in a lot of effort, days and nights into the project. We made it successful, so to speak. I was in Las Vegas at the CES as an exhibitor with Chameleon and I met a lot of product developers and there was no one with a similar solution like ours (Everyone was doing the same: IOT for DIY). Which means we finally created something that is really new and innovative. Currently we have thousands of finished houses/condo units and also thousands in progress in many countries. We hope to overtake the market and make Chameleon available to everyone!

I have been participating in the R&D projects of the company, such as:- Best Photo Selector Image Selection and Enhancement System with Artificial Intelligence - Development of a prototype of a self-powered, electrically operated smart lock, called „BLOCK”And some details about the every day tasks:- I have created and managing an automatic Webhosting system to make the administrating easier for about 100 websites and more than 500 emails.- I have provided technical support for an online dactylography learning software (NetType) which has about 5000 users.- I have provided technical support for an accounting program (DigitalSzámla) and managed its Website.- I did some system administrative tasks for different customers. Including VPS hosting and management, desktop workstation builds, network setups, website development, data rescuing, surveillance video exporting and etc.- I had some outsourcing Web developer tasks, like creating Websites, provide SEO recommendations and do quick fixes on ready sites. - I had to set up a surveillance system with multiple NVRs and foreign cameras, set masking, blackouts and recording modes depending on times, placement and camera types.

As a lead developer, me and my team have developed a bug tracking application (DebugMe) with the most recent web technologies. It contains a Project management tool (Kanban board) and a JavaScript based Toolbar with innovative and unique tools such as drawing, highlighting and firing screenshots instantly while collecting all available environment information from the browser and operating system.We have developed an API that is able to serve the whole system with improved security and provides compatibility with all platforms. Developed a unique error and exception handler to always be informed on any malfunction. We made a custom template system to make changes easily in the future. Needed to develop browser extensions for major browsers to provide the best performance and quality. And created a build server to support three+ different development states, like Development, Release Candidate, Final Release and Custom state.So I was responsible for the whole development process. Made a lot of researches and invent new technologies to make bug annotation more simpler and easier for end-users. I've managed our development team to research a "browser plugin less" JavaScript drawing tool and a video recording tool which is still working and makes revenue for the company.

Developed C# based crawler robots to collect product information from different types of websites.Developed backend and frontend for a web shop aggregator.Developed a PHP based Proxy.

I developed and maintained an automated server renting system with advanced user service management, server monitoring and customer/payment administration.I used HTML, JavaScript (jQuery), CSS3, PHP and MySQL on the website and management panel, and Bash scripts for the internal server and service management. The system uses multiple physical and virtual servers to satisfy the performance requirements. The front-end website of the system is completely W3 valid and uses clean url to follow SEO recommendations. During the development I applied various basic and advanced security techniques to prevent SQL injection, flooding and unauthorized access to the system.I participated in the development of a C# and WPF based Virtual Private Network GUI application, which is integrated with the system
