Working on the Sprint Vision Project. As a Lead Construction Manager. Albuquerque New Mexico Market Working on getting all the AVV fiber part of the sites ordered and in place for the equipment.Design, and manage the sites from Start to finish. work with the Contractors to ensure that Sprint gets the Project finished on time and a good quality site is built. Manage and guide other Construction Managers with new updates and methods to get site built.

Responsible for both designing and performing all types of General Construction of both residences and commercial office buildings. Estimates jobs for labor and materials, giving both a cost to complete each project. Purchases all necessary materials for the project and hiring and firing of all Sub-Contractors needed to complete the project, interfacing with all County building inspectors in order to secure necessary permits and plan checks to complete the projects. Responsible for major construction jobs, beginning with the slab work all the way to the finished room addition. Responsible for the designing and installation of the complete sprinkler systems and landscaping to complete each project. Most of the sprinkle systems were new and complete installs, however have done extensive repairs to existing systems.

I was sole Construction manager responsible for the starting of this new project with WFI and reviewing all the search rings and designing a site that would meet the needs of Light Square. Worked with Nevada Energy in designing the power for all the sites and reviewing all the designs and making sure that the designs were what was required at the lowest cost for the client. Responsible for making sure that all fees were paid for the designs to be started and that fees were paid to get the designs. If an easement was needed I was responsible to go to the property owner and secure that easement. Responsible for finding a solution to get fiber to the site and worked with Cox Communication and Sprint to assure that we could get fiber there or extend the fiber if it was also available on the site for previous carriers. I was responsible for getting the designs to the A&E firm to get both zoning and Permit drawings completed. I reviewed all the drawings to make sure that they met the Clients needs and all their equipment spec's were called out on the drawings. I was also responsible for filing and following the drawings through the Permitting stage and answering any questions or comments that were received.Attended client meetings to provide updates and status on all sites and track the process and upload all necessary documents into the Client Server (Siettra), and for making sure that pay points were met and requesting the billing on milestones when they were completed for payment.I was responsible for writing the scope of work for the Client and designing the bid spread sheet so that the contractors could be selected and assigned the work in order to assure it would be build to spec's and in the time allowed by the Client.

Responsible for overseeing all sites from design phase through construction complete Phase. Supervised 3 other Construction Managers to assist them and train them on the Clear Wire method for designing sites and following up on the different Phases of construction. Responsible for dealing with and assisting Build to Suit Companies like Pegasus, and Trilogy to design the sites and build them in a timely manner so that Clear Wire could co-locate on the towers. Coordinated the submission of power site designs to Nevada Energy to make sure that we got the design to get power to our sites. I was responsible for getting 190 sites on air for the Clear wire Launch on time through WFI.

Responsible for managing contractors and all aspects of the project to build and manage sites to get them completed in a timely manner to meet the dates set by Cingular. Helped to launch the Cingular Project in Las Vegas as the Senior Construction Manager. Designed the sites, worked with the A&E firm to do the drawings, reviewed the drawings to ensure that they met Clear Wire's spec's, Ordered the Clear Wire equipment for the sites, Conducted the Bid walks on the sites and reviewed bids for competitive pricing and recommended the contractor to be awarded jobs. Performed quality assurance inspection on the site after completion and reviewed all closeout packages before submitting them to Cingular. Responsible for uploading all construction information into Cingular Network.Responsible for 60 sites getting all the information needed to close out the project since Cingular has put it on hold, to assure a smooth hand out for the completion of the Project.

Performed all the bidding on sites, and also managed 15 employees to build the sites, was Responsible for hiring all sub Contractors and doing all the inspections with the City. Traveled to and managed the Las Vegas, San Diego and Orange County market and responsible for all performing all concrete, stucco, framing and general construction labor.

Worked as a Construction Manager on the Verizon and the Nextel Projects. Responsible for reviewing all construction drawings from the A&E firms before the permitting submittal. Responsible for locating the site and doing constructability Studied to help design the site when a new search rings was being developed. Managed the site from start to finish including the bid walk and hiring the contractor to do the work. Responsible for assuring the sites were built to the clients Spec's and the Building Dept requirements.Responsible for doing all the closeout packages on my sites. Promoted to Senior Construction Manager and supervised 5 Construction Managers. Attended status meetings and reporting dates and issues on the sites.

Responsible for reading blueprints and building per plans. Responsible for making sure all sub contractors were doing their part of the job on time. Managed 3-4 people on the job while building the site. Responsible for all inspections and paper work to closeout the sites. Provided all the necessary documents for my Company to bill for the job, to include all the documents for backup on change orders.
