Responsible to the Operations Supervisor, and the Government Customer QA/QC for the quality compliance plan, documentation, and required procedures/checklists. Ensures required special tools and diagnostic equipment are identified for procurement and calibrations maintained. Manages and trains the dedicated QA/QC Technicians in support of the technical inspection, install teams, and check out. Provides QA/QC support to logistics in the receipt, inventory, storage, issue, and disposition of all material. Manages all non-conformance requirements/issues, and works closely with Engineering to identify and resolve issues through an issues resolution (IR) process. Acts as the SAIC Team Safety Officer/Lead. Coordinates with Government Customer/Associated Contractor Counterparts to reconcile discrepancies.
