Duties and responsibilities included: i) Meeting with clients and planning the recruitment ahead by identifying their needs and drawing up a profile for that specific recruitment, ii) conducting research and identifying suitable candidates who fit the profile that had been created together with the client, iii) contacting identified candidates and presenting the position and our client to create an interest in the position as well as determining that there were mutual interest in conducting a further dialogue, iv) conducting follow up with our client to determine that delivered candidates fit the profile, v) after a concluded recruitment, conducting follow up and evaluating the recruitment work.
