• Perform the full cycle of recruitment, selection, and placement duties acting as a strategic business partner, including coordinating recruitment for large-scale hiring, advising on selection and placement processes, and developing outreach and vacancy marketing strategies. • Experience filling positions in relation to Supplier Diversity, Information Technology, Airport Operations, Public Safety, Collegiate Internships, and Human Resources.• Coordinate the recruitment process from initial hiring request, screening and discussions, reference checks, establishing interviews, negotiating salary offers and total reward packages, background investigation and onboarding. • Develop and deliver recruiting outreach programs through social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, Twitter, GlassDoor), career fairs, collegiate outreach (Handshake), and school-to-employer pipelines.• Identify recruitment sources that specifically target diverse groups to aid in mission of fostering and cultivating diversity. That includes outreach to local schools and colleges, minority group associations, and military outreach groups.• Develop and implement competency models and structured interview processes for hiring officials and act as a subject matter expert for Human Resource policy/hiring questions. Utilize social media to highlight outreach initiatives and corporate social responsibility commitments. These include social events, highlighting employee achievements, human resource goals, and community outreach.• Well versed with various applicant tracking systems (Workday, Ceridian) for database support, learning and support (Workday Community) and moving applicants through recruitment life cycle to onboarding.• Utilize various techniques for bringing the applicant in contact with hiring officials, including in-person, telephone, and Skype/Zoom interviews.

• Processes applicants from job announcement through applicant screening, interviewing, making contingent offers and onboarding for several Authority positions including public safety, hourly trades and toll road operations.• Assist the supervisor and senior staff members of the Employment Department in the administration and coordination of employment programs.• Provide administrative and database support to facilitate applicant tracking, recruitment and selection processes, including but not limited to: drafting correspondence, creating vacancy announcements, advertising vacancy announcements, screening applicants, interviewing applicants and attending career fairs.• Prepare reports and documents, answers phone calls and receives visitors to the office. Explains the various application processes and provides application materials, including applications for employment and supplemental qualifications forms; and takes messages or directs inquiries to appropriate staff member or office.• Administer entry-level and established promotional public safety testing programs to include procurement of materials, test site(s), testing monitors, and security and inventory of test materials. Assures distribution of test preparation materials to qualified applicants. Proctors examinations with assistance from other HR staff technicians; determine scoring methods and notifies candidates of test scores. Coordinates scoring of test through third party administrators. Create procurement requests and contract modifications through the use of ORACLE software.• Responsible for utilizing purchasing credit card for the use of office materials, small purchases, position advertisements and end-of-billing cycle reconciliations.• Monitor CERIDIAN Recruiting Solutions database by updating candidates’ recruitment status to proper position, running statistical reports, tracking recruitment costs and updating hiring managers.
