I have extensive experience within the Aftersales department of the Motor Industry, specifically the last 12 years have been within Service Plan. Within service Plan I have worked in roles from developing software, vehicle data analysis, through to product launch and on-going account management. With strong product management experience I can assist OEM's, main dealer groups and independent motor businesses achieve their asperations for increased customer retention through Service Plan and other added value products, assisting to increase profitability across their businesses.I am a dedicated and conscientious person who has a real passion for learning.
