Lead IEI’s project execution arm, including design, engineering, project management,procurement, field operations and training, fostering Native cultural sensitivity whileensuring effectiveness, efficiency, fiscal responsibility, and customer satisfaction.● Continually evaluate and improve day-to-day operations, processes, personnel, andprocedures to ensure quality, speed, safety and value creation for our tribal partners.● Develop the short and long range tribal partnership strategy, aligning with theappropriate department heads.● Design the execution strategy and scope across the range of projects, aligning thesupporting department heads and teams accordingly.● Establish and track key performance indicators and metrics across cost, quality, time,etc. and continuously implement strategies and tactics for improvement.● Develop, maintain and create value for IEI through the development of partnerships andcost strategies established with key external engineering, procurement and constructionpartners, subcontractors, and suppliers.● Collaborate with key support functions to drive accountability and ensure measurementof operational and performance metrics through the implementation and use of efficienttracking systems.● Cultivate and maintain a culture of collaboration, accountability, trust, and customer /project focus across the organization, upholding the Indigenous values of theorganization.● Ensure operations are executed with high levels of safety, quality while encouragingcontinuous improvement, striving for best in class quality projects, QA and QC standards● Monitor industry trends and best practices in solar and energy storage in areas ofresponsibility, including advances in technology and implement best practices thatenhance customer value proposition while maximizing efficiency and value for our tribalpartners.
