Manage the Aviation program in its entirety from Maintenance to Flight.

Haldeman Services LLC provides aircraft maintenance management services globally, with a base in Kaohsiung, Taiwan (RCKH - Primary) and another base in Savannah, Georgia (KSAV - Secondary). • Support operators with in-depth knowledge / understanding of maintenance management / trip support.• Perform line / heavy maintenance tasks as well as handle scheduled maintenance visits / checks.• Manage aircraft sales processes from initial inspection through ARCS to the final buyer handover.• Support parts acquisition and expediting where needed to maintain schedule.

In this role I actively administered all aspects of Aviation program regarding flight, maintenance, paperwork, records, and logs, while ensuring completion of tasks within assigned timeframe in compliance with aviation regulatory standards. Efficiently utilize proven expertise to oversee and perform all line maintenance as well as managing all scheduled visits for smooth flow of operations. As a Director of Maintenance and Flight Crew I travel with the aircraft for providing flight relief to dedicated flight crews. Successfully managing all repairs and servicing away from home base in person and remotely. Also I would execute remarkable efficiency in preparing invoices and managing all digital account platforms.My key achievements during this role are: ⇨ Deployed in-depth knowledge/understanding to direct operations and secured 250,000 - 1,500,000 annually in maintenance costs.⇨ Negotiated cost and terms/conditions with vendors and maintenance suppliers, while strengthening relationships with partners aimed at ensuring continuous business development.⇨ Enhanced Jet flying skills, while maintaining position as DOM.⇨ Managed new aircraft specification process and delivery from inception to completion.

While playing this role I have applied vigorous approaches in oversight and management of Gulfstream in Long Beach, CA and Savannah, GA (Facilities across the globe). Also I have performed root cause analysis for trouble shooting and responsible for routine maintenance in Taiwan and international maintenance locations. My key achievements during this role were: ⇨ Delivered quality support to flight crew for optimizing onboard services.⇨ Developed and enhanced skills, while playing role as a corporate aviation mechanic.
