Project Superintendent- As a Project Superintendent I'm responsible for the overall Project schedule from start to finish, looking for ways to improve the overall schedule. I've been introduced to the lean culture and currently implement as much as I can such as Pull Planning, just in time deliveries, weekly work plans along with keeping a clean job-site with staged contractor laydown areas, visual aids, and keeping everything in the building on wheels, cords off of the ground, and plenty of trash cans around. I also take safety seriously and am the one that gives the job-site safety orientations to everyone working on-site. I'm proud to say that I haven't had a lost time injury on any of my Projects.Projects-Olathe Health Freestanding Cancer Center- This is a single level 30,000sf Project which will house a CT machine, 2 Linear Accelerator Vaults as well as several infusion bays and exam rooms. This Project was complete in just under 11 months from the time we started to move dirt to substantial completion. The biggest challenge to this Project was the more than 70% curtain wall/glass exterior to the building made it a challenge to get the building dried in to begin interior finishes along with needing to have the Linear Accelerator Vaults turned over to the owner 3 months earlier so they could install medical equipment. All the coordination payed off as we were successful in completing all aspects of this Project on time. KCMO North Patrol Police Station- This was a single story 25,000sf ground up Project for the KCMO Police Department.St. Luke's North OB Remodel- This was a 10,000sf build out of the existing shell space. SLMG Cliffs Location- This was a demo and remodel of an existing 13,000sf space for the St. Luke's Medical Group.Christ Community Church- This was a 2 level 10,000sf addition to the Christ Community Church in Leawood, Ks.

Carpenter Foreman for a sub-contractor on various jobs where we would have the rough and finish carpentry packages as well as manage feild manpower and set up other jobs with tools for our scope of work. Some of those jobs included;IRS head quaters-(over 1,000,000sf complex)Federal Reserve Bank- (over 1,000 door openings with high security hardware)AMC fork and screen
