Lead team of 3 traders, one scheduler, and one analyst for Motiva’s distillate trading activities including clearing all Motiva Pt Arthur Refinery finished diesel and jet, supplying Motiva’s retail business and distribution assets, and trading for profit.Started and developed CIF/CFR/Delivered diesel cargo export business to Latam customers. Helped start Motiva products trading activities including the development of internal process interfacing with credit, compliance, operations, scheduling, contracts, and integrating with Right Angle CTRM software.Helped develop month average hedging program and managed daily hedge process for distillate team. Traded USGC/NYH ULSD, ULSHO, No2 oil to support Motiva Pt Arthur refining, Motiva’s retail business and distribution assets.

Traded ~1.5 million barrels per month of VGO, LSSR, LCO and other off-test distillate to support PRSI Refinery requirements. Manage Refinery VGO / LSSR inventory. Manage PRSI Refining No. 6 fuel oil blending and marketing activities.

Fuel Oil Trader Houston, Tx 8/2008-7/2010Traded ~1.5 million barrels per month bulk No. 6 fuel oil, slurry, cutter, diesel, and jet fuel to support Chevron’s business in the USGC.
